1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Blades Turning Capital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content, curriculum, coaching, tools, and materials provided by Blades Turning Capital are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by Blades Turning Capital constitutes legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, employment advice, or professional career counseling. Blades Turning Capital is not a staffing agency, recruiting firm, employer, placement service, law firm, bank, broker, or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your own career, financial, legal, and personal decisions.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Blades Turning Capital does not guarantee job placement, contract offers, specific income levels, or any particular career outcome. Individual results vary significantly based on qualifications, effort, market conditions, personal circumstances, and many other factors outside Blades Turning Capital's control. Any income figures or examples discussed are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as typical or expected results.
4. Use of Services
Blades Turning Capital provides career guidance, educational curriculum, community access, and support resources for aviation contractors. Our services are informational in nature and are intended to help you better understand the overseas aviation contracting industry.
5. Belt Course Completion Support
Each paid Belt Course includes private messaging, reviews of required curriculum submissions, scheduled one-on-one calls at defined curriculum milestones, and additional calls when Blades Turning Capital determines that a genuine curriculum blocker requires one. Support continues while the customer actively completes the purchased belt and ends when the customer has completed its required curriculum, deliverables, and published advancement or capstone standard. Blades Turning Capital targets responses within three business days. Support pauses after 90 days without customer participation and resumes when the customer returns to active work. Completion is evaluated in good faith against the published course requirements. Belt Course support does not include unlimited customer-controlled or on-demand calls and does not guarantee employment, a contract offer, compensation, income, financial independence, or any other result controlled by an employer, third party, or the market.
6. Founding 50 and Founding 5
The Founding 50 is limited to the first 50 qualified participants accepted by Blades Turning Capital. Accepted participants receive complimentary Contractor Community access through May 24, 2027, with no automatic paid conversion. Continued access after that date requires the participant to affirmatively choose the then-current paid membership. Five engaged, qualified participants selected from within the Founding 50 may each receive one stage-appropriate Belt at no cost. Each Founding 5 participant receives one Belt only, not every Belt or a bundle. Selection and Belt placement are determined by Blades Turning Capital in good faith based on qualification, stage, participation, and program fit. Participation and candid feedback are expected; a positive testimonial is not required. Any testimonial remains voluntary, must reflect the participant's honest experience, and will disclose complimentary access when used in marketing.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of Blades Turning Capital's curriculum and community products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at info@bladesturningcapital.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will review your case.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, and downloadable resources such as "Wrenches to Riches" — is the property of Blades Turning Capital and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Blades Turning Capital services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, currentness, or suitability of any information provided. You use our services at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blades Turning Capital, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost income, missed opportunities, reliance on information provided, or inability to obtain a contract or employment.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
12. Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Blades Turning Capital services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
